The spark that started fraggie's
After years of working in hospitality, I knew my true calling was serving amazing dishes and connecting with people. My experience at Rocky Bottoms in East Runton created a desire to build something of my own. A brief detour into the corporate world quickly confirmed that my heart belonged in serving, hosting and inevitably hospitality. It was then I realised I had to take the leap, embrace the risk, and build a business truly fuelled by passion – Fraggie's was born!

At Fraggie's, my greatest hope is that you'll love and enjoy our acai bowls as much as I love creating them. There's a real art to building the perfect bowl, from selecting the freshest ingredients to arranging each vibrant topping. Every bowl is made with love, and I pour my heart into ensuring that passion shines through in every single delicious spoonful. We want every visit to feel special, a moment of pure, fresh enjoyment.

Fraggie's wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of my amazing parents, Ryan and Donna. They've been there every step of the way, helping me turn this dream into a real business. Their unconditional love, encouragement, and support are the true foundation of Fraggie's – thank you, Mum and Dad, I love you guys! My favourite part of making and sharing acai bowls? Seeing how uniquely everyone enjoys them. I'm always discovering new combinations and love adding exciting flavours to the menu.
